Guidelines

Here are the Guidelines for Cheer Competitions and Dance Competitions at The Greater Midwest Cheer Expo, LLC. The Greater Midwest Cheer Expo, LLC host Cheer Competitions and Dance Competitions for School Cheerleading teams and Private Cheer and Dance Teams in the Southern Ohio and Cincinnati, Ohio region.

All Star Cheer  (Use USASF guidelines)

If you are an All Star Prep Team...  Please indicate this in the division line of the registration form.  Example:   Mini Prep  and then circle your level

All-Star Prep Cheer Divisions are for teams that do not allow the same commitment/participation (full-year) guidelines or requirements as a All-Star all-star team. All-Star Prep Cheer teams may or may not be affiliated with an all-star program. All-Star Prep Cheer typically practice and compete less than full year all-star teams. All-Star Prep Cheer teams are often half-year teams or teams that are intended to offer a shorter season, more relaxed environment and often less travel. All-Star Prep Cheer teams are designed with the purpose of introducing athletes into All-Star cheerleading with a lower commitment than a full-year team.

Note: Full-year all-star teams should compete in the appropriate all-star division, not the All-Star Prep Cheer division. All-Star Rec Cheer teams that cheer for a rec league sport should compete in a All-Star Rec Cheer division.

Exhibition Team Prices are $35.00 per participant for all spring floor events except October which will be $20.00.  This is early registration pricing (add $10.00 for on time pricing).  At all events, the exhibition teams will receive  individual 1st place trophies and an overall exhibition team trophies.  
Special Needs Teams are always Free of Charge!  Please indicate if you would like to exhibition or compete.
Parent Teams are welcome and will be charged a flat fee of $250.00 per team for all events.
